About me:
I was born in 1984 in Syracuse, NY. I've been writing far longer than I can remember (which should say a lot if I had a good memory, but I don't.) I've always been a fan of horror, fantasy, science fiction, and romance (more on the erotic side). The first series I ever read was Goosebumps when I was ten.
I've been in love with vampires for a very long time. I got started writing about them seriously after reading Christopher Pike's Thirst series (When I read it, it was called The Last Vamprie Series). And I wrote my first sex-scenes as a twelve-year-old and handed out copies to my older friends. (Apparently then, I had quite the dirty little imagination.) I still occasionally wrestle with that dirty old mind of mine when I read because it likes to stop mid-scene and conjure ways the characters could get it on.
I graduated from Plattsburgh State University of New York (right at the top of the Adironack State Park, which is gorgeous by the way!) with a Bachelors in English Writing and Communication Studies. I also minored in Business and almost got an Associates in Photography. (Darn that one class.) In my first Creative Writing class, I got in trouble for killing someone in every story I wrote, especially the one about the seven-year-old.
And finally, my last two little side notes.
My filter function is faulty, which is why I prefer texting, and notes (writing overall) to other forms of communication. And I married my best friend on St. Patty's day 2010. He's absolutely bonkers, ex-military, and a soon to be Physics Engineer. He is patient about my writing and continually inspires me to write in more ways than he can imagine. I love him.
